MODAR manages all supply stages, coordinates internal and external resources, and collaborates with the project creators in order to ensure all objectives are achieved in terms of quality, cost and the meeting of deadlines. In addition to defining economic and contractual details, the sales staff can also offer customised solutions, in collaboration with the technical department.
The technical/operational department is structured into work groups, split by store lines, and each is headed by a Project Manager. All the stages of an order are integrated within an optimised and constantly monitored workflow.
